Supreme Court Reserves Judgment in David Mark’s Appeal Over ADC Leadership Dispute

The Supreme Court of Nigeria has reserved judgment in the appeal filed by former Senate President, David Mark, concerning the leadership dispute within the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

A five-member panel of the apex court, led by Justice Mohammed Garba, announced the decision on Wednesday after hearing arguments from parties involved in the case.

The court stated that the date for delivery of judgment will be communicated to the respective counsel representing the parties in the matter.
