Tino Anjorin has finalized a permanent transfer to Serie A side Empoli.
Chelsea Football Club announced on their website Thursday that Anjorin, who began training with Chelsea at the age of six, officially signed as an under-9 and advanced through the Academy at Cobham.
He signed his first professional contract in November 2018 and joined the Under-21 squad for the 2019/20 season. During that season, he made a notable impact by debuting with the senior team against Grimsby Town, appearing in the Premier League against Everton, and contributing to the Under-21s’ Premier League Two victory.
The following season, Anjorin was included in several match-day squads, made his Champions League debut, and had his full Premier League debut, before going on several loan spells.
