Manchester City have completed the signing of Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi “Gigio” Donnarumma from Paris Saint-Germain. The deal, which had been in the works for weeks, is now fully agreed with a long-term contract in place.

Donnarumma is set to undergo his medical this afternoon before being officially unveiled as Pep Guardiola’s latest addition to the squad. His arrival follows the departure of City’s long-serving goalkeeper, Éderson, who recently signed for Turkish giants Fenerbahçe.
