President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated Vice President Kashim Shettima on his 59th birthday, describing him as a dependable partner in Nigeria’s journey toward prosperity and development.
In a message issued on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, President Tinubu praised the Vice President’s courage, loyalty, and dedication to public service, noting that his contributions have been instrumental in advancing the Renewed Hope Agenda.
The President highlighted Shettima’s exemplary leadership as Governor of Borno State for eight years and later as Senator representing Borno Central, stressing that in both roles, he demonstrated that leadership is about service rather than privilege.
