The Kano State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has convened a strategic meeting aimed at strengthening the party’s structures ahead of the 2027 general elections. The session, held behind closed doors, is expected to produce a communiqué on its resolutions.
This gathering marks the first major political outing of Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, former National Chairman of the APC, since his resignation three months ago.
Also in attendance were prominent party stalwarts, including the Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Jibrin Barau, Senator Kawu Sumaila, members of the House of Representatives, as well as former and serving political office holders from Kano State.
