Lagos – Senator Oluremi Tinubu has expressed deep sorrow over the tragic and untimely death of Somtochukwu Maduagwu, a young and brilliant journalist whose life was cut short in her prime.

In a statement, the senator condoled with the Chairman of ARISE News Media, Chief Nduka Obaigbena, as well as the family, friends, colleagues, and loved ones of the late journalist. She described the incident as “painful and quite unfortunate” and expressed her hope and prayer that the perpetrators would be apprehended promptly and brought to justice.

Senator Tinubu prayed that the soul of Somtochukwu Maduagwu may rest in peace and that God grants her family and loved ones the strength to bear the irreplaceable loss.
