ABC Transport Plc has posted a pretax profit of ₦926.8 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2025 a major rebound from just ₦1.3 million in the same period last year. The strong performance was driven by revenue growth across its transport, haulage, and logistics operations.

Revenue rose 48% year-on-year to ₦11.92 billion, supported by higher passenger traffic and increased haulage activity. Gross profit climbed 56% to ₦2.54 billion, while finance costs fell to ₦299.47 million, boosting margins.
