A brief but chaotic scuffle erupted among security operatives on Monday as Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, was being escorted into the PDP National Headquarters.

Eyewitnesses say the clash occurred when members of the governor’s security detail attempted to clear a path through the crowd, leading to a disagreement with other security officers stationed at the entrance. What began as a verbal dispute quickly escalated into pushing and shoving, momentarily disrupting movement around the building.

The governor was immediately ushered inside by his aides, while senior officers intervened to restore order. No injuries were reported, and the situation was brought under control within minutes.

The PDP headquarters has been bustling with heightened activity due to the ongoing political engagements and high-profile meetings, which have increased security presence around the area.
