President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, has extended warm felicitations to General Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma (rtd) as he celebrates his 88th birthday on December 9, 2025.

In his goodwill message, the President described General Danjuma as a distinguished statesman and soldier whose service to Nigeria—both in peace and in war—has been marked by loyalty, courage, and discipline. He highlighted Danjuma’s role during challenging periods in the nation’s history, noting that his commitment helped uphold national unity and stability.

Danjuma Foundation for its contributions in providing support and opportunities to countless Nigerians, describing it as one of Africa’s most respected philanthropic institutions.
