BREAKING: Gunmen Attack Benue Links Bus, Three Passengers Shot

Gunmen have once again attacked a commercial bus operated by Benue Links, the transport company owned by the Benue State Government, leaving three passengers injured by gunfire.

The incident reportedly occurred while the vehicle was conveying passengers along a highway in the state. Witnesses said the attackers opened fire on the bus, causing panic among occupants before fleeing the scene.

The injured passengers were said to have sustained gunshot wounds and were rushed to a nearby medical facility for treatment. Their current condition has not yet been officially confirmed.

Security agencies are yet to issue a detailed statement on the attack, but the incident has heightened concerns over the safety of commuters using public transport in the region, amid recurring cases of armed violence.
