On Friday, customers expressed frustration as the bank’s network remained down, preventing transactions and access to funds. National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members, in particular, complained about their inability to access their allowances, further compounding the frustration.

Customers called on Zenith Bank to resolve the technical issues promptly, as the outage disrupts daily activities and essential services.
