A coalition of Lagos indigenous groups has endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a second term ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The endorsement was made under the Coalition of Lagos State Indigenous Groups, which stated that Tinubu remains the most suitable candidate to continue leading the country based on his track record and ongoing reforms.
According to the group, the decision followed consultations among various indigenous associations across Lagos State, who expressed confidence in the President’s leadership and development agenda.
They also called for greater unity among indigenes and urged continued support for policies they say are aimed at strengthening governance and economic growth.
The coalition reaffirmed its backing of Tinubu, describing his administration as one that has prioritised national stability and long-term development goals.
