
Abakaliki, July 6, 2025: In a strong show of solidarity and political confidence, thousands of youths from Ebonyi State have declared their support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s anticipated 2027 re-election bid. The endorsement, which reflects growing enthusiasm for the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda, was made during the inauguration of the South East Renewed Hope Agenda (SERHA) Ebonyi State chapter.
The event, held in Abakaliki, drew grassroots mobilisers and youth leaders from all 13 local government areas of the state. National Coordinator of SERHA, Belusochukwu Enwere, commended President Tinubu’s inclusive leadership and noted the establishment of the South East Development Commission (SEDC) as a clear demonstration of the administration’s commitment to the region. According to him, SERHA will continue mobilising young people across the South East to ensure the President’s return in 2027.
Over 1,000 beneficiaries were empowered during the ceremony with financial grants and various work tools, including sewing machines, grinding machines, and hairdressing equipment. Ebonyi State SERHA Coordinator, James Alaka, assured that the group will intensify grassroots campaigns and political education, reaffirming that President Tinubu deserves a second term to consolidate on the achievements of his administration.
This endorsement by Ebonyi youths adds significant momentum to the President’s support base in the South East and underscores the growing national appeal of the Renewed Hope Agenda, which continues to inspire confidence among young Nigerians eager to contribute to nation-building.
