Virginia “Gina” Huynh, previously identified only as “Victim‑3” in the federal case against Sean “Diddy” Combs, has publicly revealed her identity and urged a New York court to grant the music mogul bail. In a letter submitted on August 3, Huynh described Combs as a “non-violent” and “family‑oriented man,” insisting she does not fear him and believes he poses no danger to the public.
Huynh’s remarks stand in stark contrast to her earlier role in the indictment. She praised Combs’ devotion to his children, saying he “deserves the chance to be with them while he awaits sentencing.” Despite her appeal, the court has repeatedly denied bail requests, including a $50 million bond offer, with prosecutors citing the gravity of the charges and his past alleged conduct.
Combs, 55, was acquitted last month of racketeering and sex trafficking charges but found guilty of two counts of transporting individuals for prostitution under the Mann Act, each carrying up to 10 years in prison. Sentencing is set for October 3, 2025, with public opinion deeply split between those calling for accountability and those advocating for leniency.
