Nigeria’s largest airline, Air Peace, has unveiled plans to create 1,000 new jobs for fresh graduates under its 2025/2026 Graduate Trainee Programme. The initiative, announced on Friday, is designed to provide young Nigerians with structured training, mentorship, and career development opportunities within the aviation sector.

The programme will recruit graduates across multiple disciplines, including engineering, flight operations, customer service, safety, and corporate administration, with the goal of building a new generation of aviation professionals. According to Air Peace, selected candidates will undergo rigorous training that combines classroom sessions with on-the-job experience.

The airline said the move reflects its commitment to youth empowerment, capacity building, and strengthening Nigeria’s position in the global aviation industry. With over 5,000 employees already on its payroll, the addition of 1,000 fresh graduates is expected to make Air Peace one of the country’s largest private-sector employers.
