The Northern Elders’ Progressive Movement (NEPM) has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration for what it described as significant progress in the fight against insecurity and ongoing infrastructure development across the country.

In a statement, the group noted that recent government efforts have contributed to improving security operations and expanding infrastructure delivery in several regions.

NEPM stated that the administration’s policies and interventions are beginning to yield positive outcomes, particularly in addressing security challenges and strengthening national development.

The group also expressed support for continued efforts aimed at stabilising the security situation, while urging sustained investment in infrastructure to drive economic growth and national cohesion.

According to NEPM, effective collaboration between federal and subnational authorities remains key to achieving long-term peace and development in Nigeria.
