
Katsina State Governor, Dikko Umaru Radda, has officially signed the N897.8 billion 2026 Appropriation Bill into law, paving the way for the implementation of the state’s development plans for the coming year.
The budget, which was passed by the Katsina State House of Assembly following careful scrutiny, prioritizes security, education, healthcare, agriculture, and infrastructure sectors identified as crucial for economic growth and social welfare in the state.
During the signing ceremony, Governor Radda described the budget as a strategic tool designed to enhance security, boost agricultural productivity, create jobs, and improve access to education and health services.
