Judicial officers of the Federal High Court will commence their 2025 Christmas vacation from Friday, 19th December 2025.

A circular from the Chief Judge, Justice John Tsoho, stated that vacation judges will continue to sit in the core judicial divisions in Port Harcourt, Lagos, and Abuja to hear human rights cases and other urgent matters. Regular court sittings are set to resume on Wednesday, 7th January 2026.
