The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Otuaro, has commended the performance of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, describing the administration’s achievements as excellent amid ongoing economic and developmental reforms in the country.

Otuaro stated that the Tinubu administration has demonstrated commitment towards national development, peacebuilding, and economic growth, particularly in the Niger Delta region through sustained support for the Presidential Amnesty Programme.

According to him, the Renewed Hope Agenda of the administration is already yielding positive results through expanded scholarship opportunities, youth empowerment initiatives, infrastructural development, and efforts aimed at maintaining peace and stability in the Niger Delta.

The PAP Administrator further praised President Tinubu’s leadership style, noting that the administration has continued to support programmes focused on human capital development and empowerment of youths across the region.

Otuaro urged Nigerians, particularly stakeholders in the Niger Delta, to continue supporting the administration’s policies and reforms, expressing confidence that more developmental gains would be recorded in the coming years.
