The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has delivered the 36th Convocation Lecture of the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT), where he spoke on leadership and infrastructure development in Nigeria.

The lecture, titled “Leadership and Infrastructure Development in Nigeria: Lessons for Future Leaders,” focused on governance, public infrastructure delivery, and the responsibilities of emerging leaders in national development.

Wike arrived at the university where he was received by the institution’s management before proceeding to the lecture venue.

The event attracted academics, students, and other dignitaries as part of activities marking the university’s 36th convocation ceremony.
