Juventus are among several clubs showing interest in Leicester City’s Wilfred Ndidi, with the Nigerian midfielder available for a reduced fee following the Foxes’ relegation from the Premier League at the end of the 2024/25 season, UK reports confirm.
Transfer expert Ben Jacobs reports that Juventus have made initial enquiries about the 28-year-old, alongside Manchester United, Everton, and most recently Spanish side Real Betis. According to Fichajes, Manchester United are considering Ndidi as a replacement for veteran midfielder Casemiro.
Ndidi is currently set to drop into the Championship with Leicester, but his contract reportedly includes a relegation release clause, allowing him to leave for a cut-price fee of around €10.5 million (£8 million). The clause has sparked serious interest, particularly from United, who are said to be keen to finalize a deal swiftly, though no official offer has been made yet.
After spending eight and a half years at Leicester, Ndidi is now open to a fresh challenge and is also believed to be considering a move to the Saudi Pro League, should the right offer come.
Since joining Leicester in 2017, Ndidi has made 303 appearances for the club, including 220 in the Premier League. He was a key part of the squad that secured Leicester’s historic first FA Cup triumph in the 2020/21 season, as well as the Community Shield win that followed.
As interest continues to mount, Ndidi looks increasingly likely to move on from the King Power Stadium—potentially marking the end of an era and the beginning of a new chapter in one of Europe’s top leagues.
