Governor Charles Soludo of Anambra State has explained why he wore a cap bearing the insignia of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu during his recent visit to the Presidential Villa in Abuja. Speaking to State House correspondents after the meeting, Soludo described the encounter with the President as pleasant and uplifting.

Though he did not disclose details of their discussions, Soludo said he found President Tinubu to be in high spirits, hale and hearty, expressing his pleasure at the meeting. The governor’s choice to wear the President’s cap was a mark of respect and solidarity with the President’s leadership.
