First Lady Celebrates Hilda Baci’s Guinness World Record for Largest Jollof Rice Serving

ABUJA – The First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has congratulated celebrity chef Hilda Baci for setting a new Guinness World Record for the largest serving of Nigerian-style Jollof rice.

In a statement, Senator Tinubu praised Baci’s passion, resilience, and creativity, noting that the achievement has brought immense pride to Nigeria by highlighting one of the country’s most beloved dishes on the global stage.
