
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has restated his administration’s commitment to improving the welfare and operational capacity of Nigeria’s military and security personnel.
Speaking through senior government officials at a recent engagement, the President noted that the sacrifices made by members of the Armed Forces and other security agencies remain central to the nation’s stability. He emphasized that his government will continue to prioritise better working conditions, improved equipment, enhanced training, and comprehensive support systems for those on the frontline of the fight against terrorism, banditry and other security threats.
President Tinubu also assured that ongoing reforms within the defence and security sectors are aimed at strengthening morale and ensuring that personnel receive the resources and recognition they deserve. He reiterated that national security remains a top priority and pledged sustained collaboration with military leadership to restore peace across the country.
