President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reiterated his administration’s commitment to upholding democracy, the rule of law, and national unity, declaring that his government will not yield to disorder or disregard for lawful institutions.
The President made this known on Thursday while addressing the leadership and coordinators of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors.
He stressed that his administration would not tolerate what he described as “noise, rascality, or disobedience to lawful court orders,” emphasising the importance of respecting the judiciary regardless of outcomes.
President Tinubu noted that adherence to democratic principles, including the rule of law and separation of powers, remains essential to maintaining national stability and cohesion.
He further stated that Nigeria’s path to greatness lies in unity, urging citizens to embrace a shared vision for progress and prosperity.
According to him, building one country anchored on collective purpose remains the only viable route to sustainable development.
The President also dismissed attempts to intimidate or distract his administration, affirming his resolve to remain focused on governance and national transformation.
He said he was prepared to continue on the path of leadership despite challenges, noting that national development requires resilience and commitment.
President Tinubu acknowledged the difficulties facing the country but assured Nigerians that he remains fully dedicated to his responsibilities.
He urged members of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors to strengthen coordination at the grassroots level, particularly at the ward level, and to work collectively in delivering on the promises made to citizens.
He encouraged them to remain united, focused, and steadfast in advancing the administration’s agenda.
Reaffirming his commitment, the President assured that he would not abandon the task of nation-building, promising to stay the course in pursuit of a better Nigeria.
He concluded by expressing optimism about the country’s future and called for continued support from citizens.
“God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The work continues,” the President said.
