Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has said he is ready to personally reach out to political opponents and stakeholders to unite behind the party ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Speaking during a political engagement, Atiku said the ADC is bringing experience and credibility to Nigerians, noting that many of the party’s leaders have previously served in government and recorded notable achievements.

“I will personally visit my competitors and appeal to them to come on board,” Atiku said.

The former Vice President also highlighted the growing involvement of young people in the party, stressing that the younger generation is actively participating in the ADC’s activities and vision for the country.

According to him, the party is positioning itself as a credible alternative capable of addressing Nigeria’s political and economic challenges.
