Troops Crack Down on Kidnappers, Rescue Victims Across Plateau and Kaduna

Troops of Operation Enduring Peace (OEP) have foiled multiple kidnapping attempts and rescued several victims during security operations in Plateau and Kaduna states.
In Riyom Local Government Area of Plateau State, troops rescued six passengers abducted along the Hawan Kibo–Rafin Sayin road after launching a search-and-rescue operation. The driver of the vehicle is still missing.
In a separate operation in Bokkos LGA, troops rescued a pastor and his wife after kidnappers abandoned them and fled under military pressure. The victims sustained injuries and are receiving medical treatment.
Meanwhile, in Kaduna State’s Sanga LGA, troops responded to a bandit attack along the Rafi Tagwai–Angwan Dariya road, rescuing two injured victims and pursuing the attackers into nearby forests.
