The full fixtures for the Round of 16 at the 2026 FIFA World Cup have been confirmed following the conclusion of the Round of 32 matches.

Defending champions Argentina secured their place in the last 16 after a hard-fought 3–2 extra-time victory over Cape Verde, while Colombia advanced with a narrow 1–0 win over Ghana.

Argentina will now face Egypt on Tuesday, July 7, while Colombia will take on Switzerland in the battle for a quarter-final spot.
