As part of efforts to strengthen food security and curb banditry, the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is rolling out cluster mega farm estates across the country, beginning with a 5,000-hectare site in Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State.

The initiative forms part of a wider agricultural strategy that also includes the release of 150,000 hectares for rice cultivation and 120,000 hectares for wheat production, aimed at boosting output, creating jobs, and enhancing national food security.
