President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of Professor Segun Aina as the new Registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), marking a leadership transition at the examination body.

Professor Aina is expected to take over from Professor Is-haq Oloyede, whose second term as Registrar is scheduled to end on July 31, 2026. The development sets the stage for an orderly handover ahead of the conclusion of the current tenure.
