Oba Gbadebo, the long-serving Chairman of Oando Plc, has formally stepped down from his role, retiring as a board member after over 18 years of distinguished service. His resignation took effect immediately following the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on December 17, 2024.

In a statement released on Friday, Ayotola Jagun, Oando’s Company Secretary, praised Oba Gbadebo for his unparalleled leadership, noting his significant impact on the company’s growth and resilience.
