President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has extended his condolences to the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, on the passing of his mother, Mama Lydia Yilwatda.

Mama Yilwatda, aged 83, passed away on Sunday morning at the University of Jos Teaching Hospital. President Tinubu described her as a woman of virtue who devoted her life to faith, service, and the upliftment of her community.

The President urged Prof. Yilwatda to take solace in the purposeful life his mother lived and accept her passing as the will of Almighty God. He prayed for the repose of Mama Yilwatda’s soul and asked God to grant the APC Chairman, his family, and loved ones the fortitude to bear the loss
