Nigerian UK-based celebrity pastor Tobi Adegboyega has shared a heartfelt update on his health following cancer surgery. In a recent video, he revealed he is now preparing to begin chemotherapy, marking the next step in his treatment journey.

Despite knowing some Nigerians might reject the diagnosis, Adegboyega said he faced the reality with bravery. He acknowledged the common rebuke he expects but has chosen to accept his condition and fight it head-on.

“This is proof of life. I’m alive and recovering,” he said. “I have gone through surgery, and chemotherapy comes next.
While some say it’s not your portion, it was mine, and I faced it like a man should.”
