Ajayi Crowther University, located in Oyo, has installed Professor Ebunoluwa Olufemi Oduwole as its 5th Vice Chancellor, with the academic unveiling a 10-point vision plan aimed at driving growth and positioning the institution as a global brand.

According to the statement by the representative of the institution, Femi Atoyebi, the ceremony marked a historic moment for the faith-based institution.

The event engaged dignitaries from across the country such as religious leaders, professors , stakeholders and other members of the governing council.

“The event was highly attended by eminent personalities from all over Nigeria, the University visitor, the Most Reverend Dr. Joseph Akinfenwa, Anglican Archbishops and Bishops, Chairman of the University Governing Council, Dr. Olutoyin Okeowo, principal officers of the University, as well as family, friends, and well-wishers of the new Vice-Chancellor”, the statement partly read.

Oduwole rolled out her agenda for the institution, in her address, anchored on a 10-point vision plan. She promised to strengthen ties with stakeholders and place emphasis on good governance and infrastructure.
