The Nasarawa State Government has dismissed as entirely false a report alleging the abduction of students in Doma Local Government Area. In a statement issued by Ibrahim Addra, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, the government warned against the circulation of unverified information capable of disrupting the state’s hard-earned peace.

According to the statement, thorough checks with local authorities, the principal of the school mentioned in the report, and community members confirmed that no such incident occurred. The Nasarawa State Police Command, through its Public Relations Officer, also categorically refuted the claim.

The government urged residents to disregard the false alarm, remain law-abiding, and continue supporting efforts to safeguard lives and property across the state.
