The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has fixed the pump price of petrol at ₦739 per litre nationwide and warned MRS filling stations against selling above the approved rate.
The refinery, which recently commenced nationwide distribution of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) through MRS outlets, said the price is uniform and must be strictly observed across all locations. It urged Nigerians to report any station found violating the directive.
Dangote Refinery also cautioned marketers against artificial scarcity and other sharp practices, stressing that the initiative is aimed at easing fuel costs, improving availability, and promoting transparency in Nigeria’s downstream petroleum sector. Visit www.jocomms.com for more news.
