Secretariats of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) have resumed operations after the National Industrial Court issued an interlocutory injunction directing workers under the Joint Union Action Committee (JUAC) to halt their ongoing strike.
The court ruling cleared the way for the reopening of FCTA offices, restoring official activities that had been disrupted by the industrial action.
Reacting to the development, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, called on staff to obey the court order and return to their duties. He reassured workers of the administration’s readiness to resolve their grievances through lawful and constructive dialogue.
