The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced the next phase of its ongoing 2024/2025 recruitment exercise, confirming that successful candidates from the Computer-Based Test (CBT) stage will proceed to physical screening and document verification.
In a statement released by the Board’s Office of the Secretary, applicants who participated in the CBT conducted in November 2025 are advised to visit the official recruitment portal between Monday, 15 June and Friday, 20 June 2026 to check their status.
According to the Board, candidates are required to log in using their application number generated during registration. Shortlisted applicants will then be able to upload their credentials and select preferred dates and venues for physical screening through the portal.
The Board emphasized that the entire recruitment process is free of charge, warning applicants not to pay any individual, agent, or group claiming to offer assistance with shortlisting, document upload, or placement.
It further cautioned the public against fake recruitment messages and fraudulent links, stressing that all authentic updates will be published only through the official recruitment portal and verified communication channels.
The CDCFIB reiterated its commitment to a transparent, merit-based, and credible recruitment process in line with established public service guidelines.
The statement was signed by Maj. Gen. (Rtd.) A.M. Jibril, Secretary to the Board, on 13 June 2026.
