A witness in an ongoing legal proceeding has alleged that former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, admitted to intercepting the phone conversations of Nigeria’s National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu.

According to the witness, the claim emerged during testimony presented before the court as part of proceedings related to the case under consideration.
