One of the governorship aspirants on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Gombe State, Alhaji Abdulkadir Hamma Saleh, has rejected the emergence of Prof. Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami as the party’s governorship candidate.

Saleh expressed dissatisfaction over the outcome of the primary process, distancing himself from the result that produced Pantami as the flag bearer of the party in the state.

He maintained that he does not accept the outcome of the exercise, signalling a fresh wave of tension within the party following the announcement.
