Uzodinma: APC Members’ Votes Enough to Secure Tinubu’s Victory — Imo Governor

Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma, has expressed confidence that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu would secure a landslide victory if only members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) were to participate in the election.

Uzodinma made the remark after casting his vote during the APC Presidential Direct Primary Election in Imo State, where party members across wards participated in the exercise.

According to him, the overwhelming support Tinubu enjoys within the ruling party demonstrates that the President already commands strong backing from the APC structure nationwide.

“If only our party members vote for President Tinubu, he has already won the election,” Uzodinma was quoted as saying.

The Imo governor, who also chairs the Progressives Governors’ Forum, has consistently led efforts within the party to mobilize support for the President ahead of future elections.

The APC primary exercise continues across the country as the party determines its flagbearer for upcoming elections.
