The All Progressives Congress (APC) has reportedly cleared Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, to seek re-election in the 2027 governorship election.

This is contained in a statement issued in Kano on Saturday by the governor’s spokesperson, Sunusi Dawakin-Tofa.

According to the statement, the development signals political alignment ahead of the 2027 elections in the state.
